Function Voltage Regulator is the main supply to the circuit project. Most of the IC only need 5V to function. If less than 5V, IC will NOT function and if the voltage more the 5V, IC will BROKEN. That why we need this Voltage Regulator to convert and maintain our voltage supply was 5V.
This might be just a basic knowledge but some of people don't know about this. They have this b'coz friend make it or lecturer ask for it.
